EXERCISE MUSCLE TONING PLAN
Welcome to the FitNShred Exercise Muscle Toning Plan. The number one parameter of longevity calculations is lean body mass. As we age, our body breaks down muscle instead of building up. A good toning exercise program is essential for overall longevity and health.
Warmup:
Start each workout with a 5-10 minute cardio (elliptical, treadmill, or bike)
Rest:
In between sets, you will rest for 60 seconds. It is advised to wear your MyZone fitness belt during the weight training.
The majority of the time, the app should indicate whether you are in the BLUE/GREEN zones; occasionally YELLOW.
At the end of your rest, make sure you are in the BLUE or low GREEN zones.
